- We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains.

- Some stains (such as bleach, dye, paint, rust, ink, pet urine, and long-standing stains) may be permanent.

- Areas with heavy wear may remain darker or appear worn even after cleaning.

- Some stains may reappear after drying due to a process known as "wicking". If this happens, please contact us and we will assess the issue.

- Carpet cleaning improves the appearance and hygiene of your carpets but cannot repair wear, fading, burns, tears, or permanent damage.

- Drying times vary depending on carpet type, humidity, ventilation, and weather conditions. Most carpets dry within 4–12 hours, but some may take longer.

- Please allow carpets to dry completely before replacing heavy furniture or rugs.

- Furniture will only be moved where it is safe to do so. We do not move pianos, large wardrobes, beds, or other heavy or fragile items.

- While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, loose seams, weak carpet backing, colour loss, or wear that becomes more visible after cleaning.

- If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the clean, please contact us within 24 hours. We will gladly inspect the issue and, where appropriate, offer a free re-clean of the affected area before considering any other remedy.

- Spot Treatment.
Basic spot treatment is included with every carpet cleaning service. Some stains require specialist stain removal techniques and additional products. Where this is necessary, an additional charge may apply. While we use professional products and methods, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed, as some stains may permanently damage or dye carpet fibres.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Prices are based on standard room sizes. Larger rooms or heavily soiled carpets may incur an additional charge, which will always be discussed before work begins.
While we use professional equipment and stain removal products, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odours, or permanent discolouration.
Customers must provide access to running water and electricity during the service.
Please allow up to 24 hours for carpets to dry. Drying times may vary depending on ventilation, carpet type, and weather conditions.
We recommend avoiding heavy foot traffic until the carpets are completely dry.
Any concerns regarding the service must be reported within 24 hours of completion so we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean.
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Volteam is not liable for pre-existing damage, permanent stains, wear and tear, colour loss, shrinkage, or damage caused by previous cleaning attempts or faulty carpet installation.
